It's not markers though, it was fully drawn in Autodesk Sketchbook.

The rat's only hope now is a well placed bite on the Goblin's nose and bouncing on out of there...though in all seriousness this is excellent work.

If you don't mind my ask, did you paint this using digital paint or did you use traditional paint ? Either way this looks wonderful.
