Now this is an animated music video. both the song choice, animation, character design and everything were incredibly well done and so visually as well as musically wonderful.

I give this a ten out of ten.

Say, if you don't mind my asking: What sort of animation program did you use to create this ?

Hiya, thank you for the compliments~
We drew the basic illustrations on clip studio paint, and then used after effect to animate the whole video.
